The Four Foundations For Self-Realization:

The four foundation meditations assist the practitioner in developing essential skills to underpin their development. They are powerful, and have the ability to take a practitioner to a high state of awareness about this world, unlocking ones inner potiential of wisdom.

Treasure Vase

In the ancient time, adepts of the realized knowledge must make arduous journey to perfect their practices. They have to endure the harsh changing environment and be able to bear the Himalayas cold and the Gobi heat. Often time, they would go on for days without food and water.

How did they do it with nothing more than just the clothes on their back?

The treasure vase dharma includes techniques to heat and cool ones body temperature, insulating ones self from the external environment. It also includes a meditation to release energy through the membrane under your skin, and above your flesh.

Energize yourself with the first three techniques of the art of self-preservation.

Calming & Relaxing

Take yourself into the transcendental, deep relaxing mind state. When your eyes see the sea, in your mind there is no seawater. It enters you, and you enter it. Enter the first Chan state.

Warning! You may actually sleep less because now you have deep restful sleep. Sleep less. More energy. More life.

Calming and relaxing forms a foundation for further meditations, as it works to calm the chattering or resisting mind. If you struggle with keeping your mind in one place during meditation or in life in general, calming and relaxing is a perfect starting point for you.

Calming and relaxing is also referred to as entering state, which refers to the first Zen state. In this state, wisdom is opened up to the practitioner, where they have come from, what they are doing here, and where they are going.

Diamond Wisdom

Experience the deeper meditative state with Interflow of the Four Breaths, Simultaneous Rotation of the Five Wheels, Illumination of the Nine Suns, and Unified Observation of the One Body.

Enter the second Chan state to firm the seed of life and see your own past lives.

Diamond wisdom contains powerful self healing methods, as well as the methods to open up ones own awareness of your past lives. Diamond wisdom also contains powerful protection steps, which are used in further healing methods.

Dhyana Yoga

The third Zen state is known as the hard-to-advance state. It is like a quagmire, a wondrous state where many will get stuck. This is the false Zen state. Avoid the pitfall of the third state with the union of the three mysteries through the eight steps of Calm, Extinct, Sink, Fall, Dhyana, Samadhi, Wisdom, and Insight.

Enter the fourth and the final Chan state, the clear state of pure awareness, and attain self-realization.
