You've learned about Medicine Buddha, now try it out for yourself, as results speak louder than words!

Here lies the details of what to expect on a workshop, and how they can expect to progress.

Workshops

We are developing a number of different courses and workshops in order to empower and assist people in their learning and spiritual development.

Workshops

Workshops are afternoon, evening or all day intensive studies of a given Dharma. We emphasise practice and we aim to ensure that attendees have all the support they need in order to realise the benefits of their practice.
These workshops are currently non-residential. The workshops may last over a number of days, on consecutive weeks.

Benefits

  • These workshops give you all you need in order to have a self-sufficient practice.
  • Meet like minded people and people who are already practicing, and share experiences.
  • Gives confidence in your meditation practice.
  • Learn from an empowered and authorised teacher.
  • They are fun and interesting!

A typical workshop consists of:

  • An introduction to the dharma you are to learn, its background and purposes.
  • Learning the mantra for the dharma, and practicing this in a group.
  • Learning the mudra, (hand positions)
  • Learning the visualisations for the Dharma.
  • Group practice.
